Summary
I am a customer-oriented lawyer with an emphasis on technology and intellectual property-related matters. My passion is to solve complex legal issues and identify practical and concrete solutions for our clients.
I possess several years of experience in drafting and negotiating an array of commercial contracts. I have advised clients from various industries on a wide range of technology-related matters, such as digital transformation, outsourcing, procurement and supply of IT systems and services. I have also advised clients on intellectual property and technology issues in transactional and strategic context. My key expertise also lies in regulatory advice, with a particular focus on data protection & privacy, energy and marketing and consumer law. In addition to providing contractual and regulatory advice, I have experience from intellectual property disputes from various industry sectors, such as telecommunications, media and entertainment, as well as certain consumer goods industries.
Before joining Wiidare, I worked at leading Nordic and global law firms, as well as in-house in the energy sector. Owing to my previous background in various legal expert roles, I have hands-on experience and insights from different sides of the table, from working with both customers and suppliers.
As Legal Business Partner, I am proactive and business-oriented in my way of working to provide value-added legal advice to our clients. I focus on supporting our clients to succeed in their projects and businesses.
