Summary
I am an experienced lawyer with a strong focus primarily in the fields of real estate and construction law, company law and dispute resolution. My work philosophy is to offer straightforward, honest and no-nonsense advice and assistance to my clients in order to ensure that cases are handled in a professional, time-efficient and cost-effective manner.
My professional experience ranges from working as an advocate at a law firm to working as an in-house lawyer for a sizeable real estate development company, and most recently as a legal counsel at a Big 4 company.
I am able to assist our clients in real estate development projects, real estate transactions and in a wide variety of contract drafting, ranging from rental agreements to land lease agreements. My experience in company law includes, in addition to other day-to-day corporate law related matters, for instance corporate restructurings, such as mergers, divisions, business transfers and business acquisitions. Furthermore, as a licensed legal counsel, I possess extensive experience in representing clients both in general and administrative courts.
