I am a seasoned lawyer with several years of experience and a strong focus on M&A, real estate and corporate transactions, commercial and lease agreements, as well as corporate reorganization. I have practiced law at both a Big Four firm and a leading law firm, advising domestic and international clients, including private equity investors, listed companies and SMEs, on a wide range of complex legal matters and transactions. Additionally, I have completed a judge traineeship at a District Court, further solidifying my practical legal insight.

In my role as Senior Legal Counsel, I work proactively to support our clients across a variety of legal matters. My core expertise lies in M&A, corporate law, and contract drafting and negotiations. My approach is solution-oriented, pragmatic, and always tailored to the client’s commercial and business goals.
