We acted as Aktiivitilat’s legal advisor in a real estate transaction in which Aktiivitilat acquired a property from the OP-Rental Yield fund in Koivuhaka, Vantaa. The property is also known as Vantaa AutoAirport.
The more than 7 hectare plot includes three modern buildings serving car dealerships. The total leasable area of the buildings is approximately 18,000 m². The anchor tenants are Metroauto, Ayvens, and K-Auto.
Aktiivitilat implements real estate investments and acts as a real estate manager and investment partner, acquiring properties, developing new premises, and actively providing solutions for companies requiring space on behalf of its investors.
