Wiidare acted as legal advisor to TerraWise Oy in two separate transactions connected to TerraWise’s strategy to focus on its landscaping and environmental construction business.
In the first transaction, Wiidare acted as TerraWise’s legal advisor as the company sold its excavation business to LK Louhinta Oy. The transaction was completed on 31 December 2025. LK Louhinta Oy is a subsidiary of Maanrakennus Laatukaivuu Oy, and through the arrangement Maanrakennus Laatukaivuu Oy expands its service offering with the excavation business.
In the second transaction, Wiidare acted as TerraWise’s legal advisor in the sale of the company’s infrastructure business in the Helsinki metropolitan area to NYAB Finland Oy. The transaction was completed on 30 January 2026. Establishing a presence in the Helsinki metropolitan area is a step in NYAB’s strategy to grow in markets supported by attractive long-term investment activity.
