Wiidare Acted as Legal Advisor to Aktiivitilat in the Acquisition of an Industrial Property in Tuusula.
Aktiivitilat has purchased a property in the Sula industrial area of Tuusula, close to Tuusulanväylä and Helsinki-Vantaa Airport. The site is a production, warehouse, and office property built in the 2000s and largely renovated in 2024. The area in which the property is located is a wellestablished hub for industry and logistics.
The tenant of the property is kW-set Oy, which represents Finnish high technology in global markets. The company builds, sells, leases, and services backup power generators worldwide.
Suomen Hallikiinteistöt Ky is a real estate investment company established by the pension insurer Keva and Aktiivitilat. This acquisition is the eighth property in the Suomen Hallikiinteistöt portfolio. The portfolio currently has more than 50,000 m² of leasable area, and the value of the investments exceeds 60 million euros.
