Wiidare acted as Balder’s legal advisor in its acquisition from UPM-Kymmene Oyj of a property complex serving logistics and industrial operations located in the Port of Rauma.
This represents a significant real estate investment supporting industrial and logistics activities. The transaction includes approximately 21 hectares of land and 12 buildings. The strategically important logistical location of the Port of Rauma supports the business development of both current and future operators.
The property complex is operated by the port operator Euroports Rauma Oy.
