Wiidare acted as legal advisor to the Lohkare Infra group in a transaction in which Lohkare Infra acquires Ylöjärven Kiviset Oy.
Kiviset is a family-owned company founded in 2014 that carries out a wide range of civil works and infrastructure construction projects. The company is particularly known for road construction, landscaping, and demanding foundation, street, and bridge construction projects.
The acquisition strengthens Lohkare’s expertise especially in demanding infrastructure construction. In line with Lohkare Infra’s operating model, Kiviset will continue to operate under its own name and with its current organisation as part of the Lohkare Infra group. The transaction is still subject to approval by the Finnish Competition and Consumer Authority.
