Wiidare acted as legal advisor to the Lohkare Infra group in a transaction in which Lohkare Infra acquires Nordic Electro Power Oy.
NEPower is a company specializing in power grids, substations, and renewable energy projects. The company is known for its strong expertise in electrical infrastructure and its ability to execute demanding energy projects across Finland.
Lohkare Infra is an infrastructure group established in 2025, aiming to build a strong nationwide operator by bringing together reputable and skilled companies in the sector.
This acquisition supports Lohkare Infra’s strategy and strengthens its position in the energy and electrical infrastructure construction market. In line with Lohkare Infra’s operating model, Nordic Electro Power Oy will continue to operate under its own name and with its current organisation as part of the Lohkare Infra group. The transaction is still subject to approval by the Finnish Competition and Consumer Authority.
