Wiidare Acted as Legal Advisor to Aktiivitilat in Real Estate Investments Completed in Nurmijärvi
Over the past few months, Aktiivitilat has completed several real estate investments in the municipality of Nurmijärvi. These investments have been supported by the area’s growth prospects, the competitive cost level of industrial and production facilities suitable for business needs, and the attractive returns offered by the acquired properties. The region’s development is further strengthened by significant investments, such as trading sector operator Kesko’s new logistics centre, as well as Nurmijärvi’s strong industrial heritage in the Järvihaka, Ilvesvuori and Karhunkorpi areas of Klaukkala.
In four transactions completed during the past few months, Aktiivitilat acquired a total of eight properties. The combined leasable area of the acquired assets is approximately 16,000 m². In addition, the properties offer development and expansion potential as the area continues to grow.
Wiidare assisted Aktiivitilat with legal due diligence reviews, the preparation and negotiation of transaction documentation, as well as legal advice related to the execution and completion of the transactions.
