Aktiivitilat acquired a property from Sislin Oy
We assisted Aktiivitilat in a real estate transaction where Aktiivitilat purchased a property in Vantaa’s Petikko district from Sislin Oy. The site is ideally suited for both warehouse and retail use, and its spacious yard area combined with direct visibility to the nearby main road make the property attractive to users. The property was vacated by its previous user in spring 2025 and was immediately leased out to near full capacity.
Aktiivitilat implements real estate investments and acts as a real estate manager and investment partner, acquiring properties, developing new premises, and actively providing solutions for companies requiring space on behalf of its investors.
