Wiidare acted as Balder Finland’s legal advisor in the acquisition of a production and warehouse property located in Kokkola and a big-box property located in Kuopio.
The Kokkola property serves Dahl’s operations, and the Kuopio property is leased to Renta. The transactions were completed at the end of 2025.
