Earlier in my career, I have drafted wide range of loan agreements and advised on debt financing transactions, supporting deal structuring, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
At Wiidare, I serve as Legal Counsel, providing legal services and strategic support across business law. My work spans commercial agreements, transactions, finance, corporate and real estate matters, projects in the energy and infrastructure sectors, and dispute resolution.
