Summary
For me, legal work is all about being genuinely curious about the client’s business and objectives. I see my role as a practical and trusted partner to the business, finding workable solutions and building trust through open communication. Whether supporting a complex transaction or a day-to-day operational question, I aim to make the law accessible and commercially meaningful.
I specialize in IT agreements, technology regulation, and data protection, as well as M&A, corporate law and a wide range of commercial contracts. I regularly advise clients on software agreements, IT outsourcing and integration projects, and compliance frameworks and transactions, combining legal knowledge with a strong understanding of how technology and business operations interact. I am also passionate about legal technology, and I develop and implement automated contract management and other digital solutions that make legal work more efficient, transparent, and user-friendly.
