One way we stay true to that vision is by keeping an open and honest dialogue with our clients, including through our annual client feedback survey.
And now the results are in for last year… and wow, what a year it was! Our Net Promoter Score (NPS) came in at an incredible 89.
This also marks the fifth consecutive year that we’ve received an outstanding NPS, consistently ranging between 88 and 94.
A heartfelt thank you to all our clients for the excellent cooperation throughout the year, and an extra thank you to the 55 clients who took the time to share their thoughts in the survey. Your feedback truly drives us forward.
