We acted as Aktiivitilat’s legal advisor in a real estate transaction in which Aktiivitilat acquired a property from the OP-Rental Yield fund in Koivuhaka, Vantaa. The property is also known as Vantaa AutoAirport.

We assisted Aktiivitilat in a real estate transaction where Aktiivitilat purchased a property in Vantaa’s Petikko district from Sislin Oy. The site is ideally suited for both warehouse and retail use, and its spacious yard area combined with direct visibility to the nearby main road make the property attractive to users. The property was vacated by its previous user in spring 2025 and was immediately leased out to near full capacity.
